Email hosting - Emails are the responsibility of the client , these are not automatically backed up by YorkSoft Ltd unless this feature has been requested. Website hosting - Hosting is supplied as a service, we do not promise 100% uptime but we work to give you the best we can (currently at 100% July 2016, 99.42% Last month). YorkSoft will not be held liable for any loss of business due to downtime of any servers. By hosting with us you accept these conditions.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that appropriate up-to-date back-ups of any data that belongs to or has been uploaded by the customer to the service, server or hosting space provided are maintained. These data backups should also not be stored on the web space itself.
